Built on strong networking foundations, we like to think of ourselves more as “business success partner” than an “IT company”. We have a wide range of experience covering networking of all kinds (routing, switching, security, wifi, service provider) as well as systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint / OneDrive and so on. Much of our work has been conducted in challenging conditions, such as in underground mine sites, however we are just as comfortable in a nice office.

We are strong believers in redundancy, so wherever it technically and financially makes sense, a redundant solution is provided with alerting to us so that we can investigate remotely.

We pay great attention to detail and provide documented solutions with troubleshooting steps that can be taken by your on site people so that they don’t have to make support calls for most things.
