Conducted take-over of all IT and communication assets for a mine site and cattle station. Re-configured devices and setup domain on budget. Implemented and configured hosted file and e-mail servers. Created and maintained the asset register. Manage fleet of mobile devices (mainly Apple). Implement and operate help desk, much of the help desk activities are conducted remotely. On-going maintenance of the infrastructure and monitoring of costs.
